1. Buy online, email, fax or call 870-448-3193 to order. You may e-mail us with any questions.
2. Orders can be credit card, Cashiers check or Money order. Personal checks allow 2 weeks to clear.
3. We ship ground UPS which is charged by the weight and size of the package. Next day, Second day, and third day have extra charges as deemed by UPS. Rush Orders incur an additional handleing charge and will be placed ahead of any other orders - pulled, processed and shipped on the date received. Regretfully, we can not ship to a PO BOX.
4. Some irregularities, such as color variation or minor pattern variations may occur due the natural manufacturing process and the materials used. However, we, and the vast majority of our customers, think that when this occurs, it adds to the charm and appeal of the product.
5. Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. We have a 30-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your order.
